Is a thought an urge?


Dear Coaches,
I’m wondering when I have the internal dialogue – “It’s been a tough day, you deserve a glass of wine. Wait, wine isn’t on my protocol so nope”. And then I forget about the thought/urge almost immediately and don’t have the wine. Is that still an urge? There’s nothing to really sit with and allow. I’m asking because now that I have the urge jar – all those physical sensations I’ve had with urges seem to have dried up. And I want to fill up my jar!!!
