Sometimes when I see that I am resisting doing what I planned to do, I think that I should do a model on what is happening now in my brain.
But then this feels like another way to procrastinate (and risks making me self-indulging into more journalling, and “I’m working on my mindset so this is important” instead of doing the work I wanted to do).
Is doing a model instead of what I planned during Monday hour 1… a way to procrastinate?
