Is it advisable to work on changing one thought at a time?


Hi.  I have multiple negative thoughts which I know is a thought:)

For example: I’m not thin enough, pretty enough, not successful enough, not with the right partner, what’s wrong with me, no life…..etc. The list goes on and on.

I know these are all thoughts and optional but they have been looping in my brain for my entire life.

Should I focus on one at a time? Because right now I’m not believing they will all change and it’s overwhelming which spirals me into shutdown/buffer mode.
