I am currently 8 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding my 8 week old and I am wondering if it’s okay to Intermittent Fast while breastfeeding? I plan to breastfeed at least a year, but likely 2 years (my daughter is 2 and still breastfeeds a little as well in the morning and night).
