Is it too late for me to process through my feelings about the job I’m leaving?

I just accepted a job offer for a position and organization I’m really excited about.

I am leaving a job that I did not want to tolerate – a culture of chaos, employees are taken for granted and underpaid, long hours, I’m doing the work of two or three people, bullies are tolerated, etc. I have had a lot of feelings about it over the past year and I haven’t processed them all yet.

I want to, but now that I am already changing my circumstance by getting a new job, is it too late for me to process through my feelings about the job I’m leaving?
