Is money the value I bring?


I am having trouble determining what unique Value I bring in my business. I am a real estate investor and in many cases (though not all), the only thing I offer is the cash to invest in a deal. In cases such as these, the deal originators literally don’t want anything else I could offer (and have offered…) such as physical presence on construction sites, bid analysis, etc. These just want a silent partner with available money. Full Stop.

So how can I bring more Value? Money is something outside of me, so it isn’t really even unique to me. Is this a case in which I add value in unrelated areas? Even possibly volunteering, or taking on other challenges?
