Is my model right ?

This is my first month here. I have been having anxiety issues and panic attacks. I joined SCS to manage my anxiety levels. Can you give feedback on my model

Unintentional model
C: Read about agorophobia
T: What if my anxiety levels go high and I develop this condition
F: anxious
A: obsessive thoughts about how to handle anxiety and what if it gets high etc
R: not doing my homework or office work

Intentional Model
C;Read about agorophobia
T:Anxiety is normal emotion.Your brain is capable of handling all levels of anxiety
F: Hopeful
A: Breaking the obsessive thoughts pattern
R: Give 💯 focus on work
