I’m watching How to Feel Better and thinking about what feelings am I not willing to feel. I realize one of the things I’m avoiding is feeling powerless. But then I was curious if Brooke considers powerlessness to be a thought, since in the Module she’s just coached someone on how they always have control over their outcome.
If the thing I’m avoiding feeling is the powerlessness of being physically attacked — I can see how terror and horror are feelings — but is powerlessness?
