Is shame an indulgent emotion or do I need to allow it?


For November, We need to categorize each feeling. 1. want to feel 2. unwanted but need to allow 3.indulgent.
I know I have a lot of indulgent emotions around my business – confusion and overwhelm and self doubt, but I’m not sure about shame and how to categorize it.

C: Goal of signing 2 clients/month
T: I’m not doing enough in my business.
F: shame
A: hide, avoid working on my business
R: I don’t do enough to get 2 clients to sign up.

How do I know when I need to allow a feeling and when it’s indulgent? How should I categorize shame?
