Is there a difference in the positive thought download and the letter from my future self?


Hi, I’m doing both the positive thought download and the letter from my future self each day as instructed, but these seem redundant. Would you help me better understand how these are similar or dissimilar? I understand that there is no “wrong” way to do them, but I’d like to get the very most from these exercises and I’m not sure I’m accomplishing that when I feel like my positive thought download and the letter from my future self are the same. Thanks!
