Is this model right for allowing discomfort?


Hi coaches! Is this model right? I came home last night after a potluck and ate a leftover arepa when my body didn’t need it.

UM
C – I came home after a potluck at 11pm and was putting leftover arepas away.
T – I want an arepa.
F – Desire
A – Eat the arepa.
R – Get into the habit of answering urges with food.

IM
C – I came home after a potluck at 11pm and was putting leftover arepas away.
T – I can enjoy an arepa tomorrow.
F – Unsatisfied
A – Recognize discomfort. Feel the vibration of unsatisfaction.
R – Learn to feel vibrations instead of answering urges.

My intentional models typically have a T that drives a positive F, but with the 50/50 concept, sometimes my Fs will be negative, right? So I think this model still works? Thank you for your continued help!
