I have started my journey with learning how to stop overeating in April.
I created a food plan that has no sugar, no flour, no alcohol, no grains, and no potatoes.
I aimed at eating Lunch at 12pm and Dinner and 4pm, both meals are similar to Brooke’s protocol and fast the rest of the time.
Here’s what my log shows:
April 1st – April 6th: Ate on plan, started to lose weight.
April 7th – April 12th: Did not allow urges, ate off plan, gained weight.
April 13th – April 14th: Ate on plan.
April 15th – May 3rd: Did not allow urges, ate off plan, gained weight.
May 4th – May 11th: Ate on plan, started to lose weight.
May 12th – May 20th: Did not allow urges, ate off plan, gained weight.
Looking at this log seems like I am not learning anything. Is this learning? What shall I do differently?
I do want to mention that looking back, it all started for me when I allowed an exception of a bagel and then I had to deal with over desire from scratch.
