Is worrying ever useful?


Hi Brooke,

I have been dating with the intention of finding a life long partner. When I begin to have feelings for someone I start to retract and worry about all the what ifs and spiral into negativity on whether it’s worth it to go into a relationship, right/wrong decisions, body image and how I’m not good enough.

Which is WEIRD because this is all things I have worked on for years and I have never felt this way up until recently.

I know the answer is to be in the present, love fully, and own my self worth and confidently go into the world shining my light, but what can I do when I have these scary thoughts that come up and my brain is trying to keep me “safe”?
