I am working on a model and the model is:

C: I went to bed at 7 PM
T: My husband doesn’t want to come home
F: self-pity
A: I’m isolating, I didn’t put didn’t help out it in the evening
R: I continue to isolate.

When I try to create the intentional thought I want to change the circumstance I don’t want to go to bed at 7 PM.

How can I change that? I don’t want to change the thought about going to bed at 7 PM.
