Issues around creating "THE PROTOCOL"


I am struggling with the idea of creating a protocol. Some of the issues that come up are:

-This feels restricting and like a diet
-I don’t want to feel trapped into a set list of foods for the day
-What if I want to go off protocol? It sounds like that is not an option?

I want to lose 100 lbs for the last time.

Unintentional Model
C – Protocol is a part of Brooke’s Weight Loss Program
T – This feels restricting and like a diet
F – I feel trapped and scarcity
A – I don’t create a protocol
R – I don’t lose weight

Intentional Model
C – Protocol is a part of Brooke’s Weight Loss Program
T – ?
F – I am excited, looking forward to weight loss
A – I follow the protocol
R – I lose weight
