I’m noticing the belief “it doesn’t matter” popping up in my life a lot lately. How you do one thing is how you do everything, am I right?!
Wanting to dive deeper in my awareness of it to really see how it’s affecting me.
What are some questions I can start asking myself to learn more about the results I’m getting from this? (besides models obviously)
I’m also always curious about what are some other general questions I can ask myself to uncover other beliefs I have that may be running unconsciously in the background? (e.g. what would a coach ask me in a session to start uncovering some beliefs?)
