As I’m delving more into my thoughts about relaxing (specifically rest and relaxation while I’m sick), I noticed a thought pop up:
T – If I don’t use this downtime to work on my business, it will never get done
F – Pressure
A – Don’t feel like I’m fully allowed to relax and have down time (even though I have Covid); have thoughts running around about how I should be doing more during this quarantine; think my dreams will never come true to create my own business
R – Not using time to relax or produce
