Hi!
Now I no longer want sugar or flour, I notice I still overeat but with vegetables (and I used to do that with nuts too). I realise I’m telling myself “it’s good for me.”
C – vegetables
T – It’s good for me.
F – justified
A – I eat too much
R – I still don’t know what’s really good for me.
Did I get it right? If so, I find it interesting that such a nice thought, “it’s good for me”, leads to those results (feeling overstuffed, gassy…).
