January, the first days…


So, the work of the first few days of January are amazing and also really hard. I’m finding that because I have so many painful thoughts about myself, I’m feeling pretty low at the end of each day’s practice. (I’m only on day 2, to be fair…) I know that this is that will ultimately be really important, but I could use a little encouragement about how this isn’t just a practice in dumping on myself. Thanks!
