Jealousy and anxiety at work

I am new to this, but already noticing differences in my life based on what I am learning here. However, I need to learn to “get over myself” and my insecurity. Here are my models:

C: A colleague gets a promotion.
T: She’s better than me. She’ll take over. I am not valued.
F: Panic. Anxiety. Fear. Anger. Jealousy.
A: Whine and complain
R: Nothing other than continue to feel panic, anxiety, fear, anger, jealousy.

Intentional Model
C: A colleague gets a promotion.
T: Good for her. She will do a good job. This is good for our organization. This has nothing to do with me or other people’s opinions of me.
F: happy for her
A: Continue to do my job as best I can.
R: nothing

Also, can you suggest something in the study vault or a podcast for issues like this at work?
