I am a physician working for a hospital system therefore I do not get to choose my managers. Managers make detrimental decisions about changing some aspects of my practice without consulting with me. I have about 20 years of experience and they are in their early 30s with no medical or managerial education. The changes they make erode my practice and make clinic operations very difficult. It affects all aspects of my professional life including financial. To me, the most logical solution of this conundrum is to find a new job but I wonder if you can suggest any brain work /models to deal with the situation and keep my practice
