I have very high stress at work. My boss keeps on putting pressure on me to hit my numbers, and all I do is come home and feel stressed out. I have a very stressful job. Yes, I know you will say that these are my thoughts, but it’s not. ALL my colleagues say the same thing, and the line of work that I am in is known for being very stressful. Every day I come home and try and calm myself, but it just doesnt work. I try the whole processing my emotion, but it just doesnt work for me. My IBS keeps flaring up because of stress, and I end up overeating and snacking.
Yesterday I tried to go for a walk instead, which didnt help.
I just want to feel good again, but that seems impossible.
