I have a habit of journaling every morning for many years. I write down all my thoughts, negative and positive, and really enjoy this practice. I have tried coupling it with doing a thought download, but it just ends up being a more succinct repeat of everything I just wrote down.
Would you recommend I isolate a few thoughts from my journaling and do some models on them, similar to how the thought download process works, or would I be missing a powerful step? I have not noticed a difference either way.
