Joy Eat


I joined scholars on Jun 3 for the Lose 8 pounds program and today, July 4 I am down 7.5 pounds! YAY for me.

I”m trying to wrap my mind around a joy eat. I think I heard Brooke say she recommends one joy eat a week to be able to manage our mind around the idea of different foods.

However, I am enjoying being fat adapted, and doesn’t the joy eat affect being fat adapted? How do we do a joy eat without losing the advantages of being fat adapted.
