I have been doing Brooke’s weight loss Protocol. I have lost the weight I wanted to, but I find that I gain about a pound after having a joy eat.
I will have pancakes in am and then a regular amount of food for dinner.
I show a weight gain for about 3 days then it levels out. I do not like the up and down.
Wondering if this is to be expected or am I doing something wrong? Thank you.
