Joy Eating

Hi, I’m new to Scholars and took a deep dive into the vault on weight loss since I chose that as my one item to focus on. (I’m also doing the workbook parallel to the weight loss goal). I’m three weeks in, I’ve lost 8lbs and I’m using a protocol, trying intermittent fasting, and have given up all sugar, flour and alcohol completely since Dec 29. My question is about joy eating. I haven’t done any joy eating and I’m not sure how to plan it. I’m not feeling any urges to joy eat. Should I still plan a joy eat?
