Quick question: I understand the concept of planning 24 hours in advance and eating one food off of protocol during the week. Do we wait until we are completely fat adapted and settled into the new routine before we incorporate the joy food, or do we do that from the beginning? I wasn’t sure if adding a joy food in the first week of no-sugar-no-flour would derail things. Just let me know. Thanks!
