Last year I kept changing my protocol for joy eats. This year I have restarted NSNF with IF and am planning to not have any desserts for a joy eat until I’ve been on my protocol for 6 months. I am not white knuckling it but am taking the desserts off the “table” and focusing on thoughts to reinforce my desire to lose all my weight after a lifetime of being overweight most of the time and have a closet full of clothes that I love and that fit. When I do schedule joy eats, I plan to use the Tedious & Powerful Worksheet to make each experience a slow, mindful experience. In the meantime, I am planning joy eats for when I eat out with food other than desserts or items with sugar. What are your thoughts?
