Joy Eats & Being Conscious

Question about Joy Eats:

I’m 2 weeks in to my first ever protocol (and 6 lbs down – excuse me?!) and I schedule my Joy Eat one night on the weekend. I do the tedious worksheet whenever I eat my Joy Eat (and boyyyy it is tedious). Do I need to do it for every joy eat? I love how conscious it makes me. I also know my brain wants to totally go unconscious and get lost in the sugar. I’m thinking you’re going to say ‘never go unconscious’, but thought I’d ask in case a Joy Eat can also be a small chance to do it. Thank you all!
