Week 1! Yee Ha! Wondering if my Joy Eats experience should happen after I’ve become fat adapted? I’m thinking… I want to become fat adapted ASAP (looking forward to forgetting to eat) and a Joy Eat will delay it since it’s likely to have sugar and/or flour content. Seems inefficient. What d’ya think?
Also, I’ve decided to not drink alcohol as well. Would a drink be a Joy Eat or should I stick with foods? Pre-SCS I did not drink daily – more like weekly. I just think I’m better when I don’t drink so I am including it in my protocol.
