If I find myself judging another person, say a mom who smokes in her car with her baby or someone who just can’t stop drinking an extra can of Coke to loose a few extra pounds or my S.O who complains about being overweight but eats dessert very night. How do I use reflection to see what I am making that mean?

C: Mom who is smoking in the car with her baby
T: How horrible!
F: disgust
A: judge her
R: Beat myself up for judging her

C: SO complains about weight
T: then stop eating shit
F: irritation
A: Make comments
R: feel like shit myself for making a comment
Should I be moving my R line to my C line since these thoughts are really about me??? I am stuck on that.
