I was wondering- in the model does judgment go in the thought line? And does it result for most people in a negative feeling?
For example, I judge my boyfriend for being late or not calling back immediately and I noticed that I judge myself if I’m not doing these things, so most of the time I am doing these things even if it stresses me, but I want others to know that I am a reliable person…
