Juggling multiple things poorly

Today is the first day of virtual school, and I’m trying to juggle a kindergartner, and first grader on zoom school, do my regular 9-5, be present, make breakfast and lunch, be mindful, do a model, fill in my journal, fix IT issues with computers, signups, hosting friends being evacuated by California wildfires. How can I clear the feelings of being overwhelmed and get myself under control? I’m feeling frustrated and angry and just want to go back to bed.
