I started Day one of the workbook and came up with the Circumstance, Thought and Feeling but not sure what to put under Action and Result for the Unintentional thought pattern and what to write down for the Intentional thought pattern section. For example: C – Heavy traffic, T – Why is there always traffic on this highway, F – tired, frustration, A – not sure, R – not sure. For the new model, do I write down the intentional thought even though I don’t believe it to be true?
