For the July assignments, are we writing our thoughts and feelings that we had in the moment(unintentional) and then writing the thought we can change it to if we run into that again next time so we great a better result(intentional)? OR Are we writing the what we think and feel about the thing that didn’t make the day great (unintentional) and then writing a new thought so that we think differently about what happened(intentional)?
Does that make sense? I noticed that I have been doing it both ways.
Also, on question 2, What wasn’t great about yesterday, how can you change it in your mind to be great and how can you tell the story so it was truly good?
I’m wondering if you can give an example of how this one should be done.
