just be 2.0

hi coach!
did yoga today and i focussed on my breathing. it helped a little bit with being present
its just my brain wants to get shit done. its like he wants to act, go go go.
not like in a stressing way but just like. lets go .. we have to do this.
take action.

it’s funny i never thought of myself not being able to be in the present.
like to be slow and chill because i love like watching a movie or reading books

but when my mind just should like enjoy and be
i think of everything i could do instead
