Hello there

I’ve noticed that when I do yoga or like activites where you are more like calm and SLOW that my brain wants me to do things.
I did a yoga session today.. and after the yoga I had some things to do and also my day didn’t go as planned (mh1 etc)

c: doing yoga for 15min
t: when does it end?
f: feel in a hurry
a: not enjoying it, thinking what I should do, watching how long it goes, not doing the yoga properly
r: not being in the present

c: same
t: we should think about what went wrong today, you should write things down, you should look at your plan tomorrow etc.
f: stressed
a: resisting the urge not to jump and do those things, not doing yoga properly, wanting it to be over etc.
r: same
