Just getting started with the Model…


A primary source of discomfort in my life, presently, is that there seems to be a considerable amount of distance between me and my husband (or tension when we’re actually in the same place). When I start trying to do the model, is this statement a circumstance or a thought? The feeling is hurt and rejection, and the result is A LOT of buffering (food, drinking, etc). So, if I have to change the thought…. I need to decide what the thought actually is. Thanks!
