Just started, not losing weight

Hello. I just started the overeating program on Monday, 4 days ago. Usually when I change my eating habits for the better, I lose quite a bit of weight instantly, especially the first few days. I have not had sugar and flour at all this week and I have been eating only 2 balanced meals between 11:30 am and 7 pm and no snacking. Leading up to when I started on Monday and many weeks prior, I only ate sugar and flour, bingeing most days. I had about 10 “last suppers” before I finally went cold turkey on Monday. I am new at Life Coach School, watched all the overeating webinars and still have to work on the brain stuff. Either way, I am surprised that I have not lost a single pound! Is this normal? It is discouraging. Thank you for your help. Sandy
