Just wanted to thank you

Just want to take a moment to say thank you so much for self coaching scholars. It has really changed my life in so many ways since I joined in May.
Besides getting to my goal weight and enjoying all the health and energy benefits of not eating flour and sugar and intermittent fasting. I’ve had massive improvements in my confidence, my happiness at work, my marriage, how i spend my weekends, my people pleasing (a game changer!) and my attitude to money and abundance AND my overdrinking!
It is the program I’ve been looking for all my life.
