Hi Brooke!
I have done very well the last month or so of staying on my protocol, and losing the last few pounds. Every weekend, however, I indulge and let my brain have fun (pleasure) and end up eating a bit too much. The scale shows on Mondays for sure.
But this weekend, I am determined to NOT let that happen!
I aim to weigh the same on Monday as I did today.
