Keep breaking protocol


Circumstance – write protocol each morning for the day
Thought – I’m determined to stick to my protocol
Feeling – determined
Action – overeat
Result -break protocol

This usually happens when I have an interview but don’t get the job or when I feel inadequate
When I feel inadequate it’s like my action = eat too much food that’s not even on my plan
I’m struggling because I get up and write my protocol
Is it that I need to learn to feel inadequate without eating?
Do I need to explore feelings when I interview but don’t get the job?
