Hi Brooke! How do you start trusting yourself when you literally have not kept one promise to yourself for over a decade? I don’t even dare write a specific eating protocol because I know I will break it. I have tried for a month to stop sugar and flour, but I always end up breaking that promise to myself. I know you say you just decide and then do it, but that feels impossible. If I could just decide and do it, it would be done by now. Help!
