Keto and cooking

I have been keto for 18 months. I love it and have built and instagram business around it. But after listening to the weightloss courses, and how we shouldn’t find joy from food, I am wondering how to reconcile my passion for cooking/eating/sharing low carb and keto recipes/marketing for keto companies while being disconnected from food and keeping it as boring as possible. Cooking is the first place I’ve really found my creativity and created a business. My plan is to become certified as a weightloss coach for postpartum mother’s with an emphasis on a keto/low carb lifestyle which is so similar to what Brooke teaches yet pretty different. Just wondering if it’s somehow a bad idea to strive for that niche since it seems to go against what you believe for sustainable weightloss
