Ketogenic forever


I’ve been following the ketogenic diet for this past month and lost 10.5 lbs. However, even though it’s not unbearable or that hard this diet, I do miss fruit and have no intention of being keto my whole life. Should I add back fruits and potatoes and rice now or stay keto lose some more weight and get over missing fruit? Maybe even decide to stay keto forever since it’s so effective? My husband really wants me to stay keto to possibly help balance my bipolar symptoms. But I just want some grapes.
