Kill Joy (Diane)

I have been very diligent on protocol since August 8 and losing well. This is easy, really, once you have your plan. It is easier to keep going with status quo (on protocol) than not. However, here is the snag. I don’t want to spoil it for others. My husband enjoys eating out at burger joints. My daughter and I go out to lunch each Wed and she loves Asian, etc. I do my best at the burger place but there ain’t too much delicious to eat there if you go without sugar & flour. Someone bakes me a birthday cake, and wants me to take a taste and tell her if I like it. My neighbor wants me to try the apple off his tree that is finally ripe (although I don’t snack, and that would definitely be a between meal snack.) I am not a people pleaser, but I don’t like being a killjoy either. Ideas?
