Knowing thyself (and thy circumstances)

Hi Brooke,
I find myself in such a funk lately. So much so that I am having trouble even getting started with the model. I mean, what is this funk (i.e. Just going through the motions)? Is it the result? The circumstance?
Thought-who cares, just get through today
Feeling- ambivalent
Action-overeat, ignore goals
Result-feel like shit

How can I not know the circumstances? How can I become more self aware?
