I decided to start with Actions

A: Buffer with phone use (clicking on apps obsessively, texting friends, looking at Facey/Insta)
Buffer with Netflix – watch an entire 4 seasons of a show in 2 weeks (impressive)
Visualise checking my calendar
Sit down to do thought download and only write a few things down

F: Dissatisfied

T: I should do Monday Hour One

C: Areas of my house are cluttered

R: I don’t organise my Life and Mind
Negative internal dialogue
Perpetuating dissatisfaction and shame
Increased anxiety
Unfinished tasks
