Laddering Thoughts – Part II


I wrote you few days ago about losing 45 pounds and gaining back 25 pounds. Thank you for your reply.
I still need assistance though with suggestions for laddering thoughts and did not find them in your answer.
I was hoping to find a free 10 minutes tutoring session but those are unavailable till the end of the month.

Some that I came up with so far are:

I managed to use tools in the past to lose 45 pounds and so I know that I can lose the 25 pounds I gained.
I gained 25 pounds because of a thought I had and that’s ok (???)
I may not be fat adapted now after all the sugar and flour I ate but I can get back to it.

Anyway – none of these thoughts really feel good… What am I doing wrong?
