I have lost ~8 lbs since joining scholars. I want to lose ~6 more. I cannot seem to get past the 130’s, which I haven’t been since high school. I think I am blocking myself. How do I embrace a new identity as someone who weighs in the 120’s and feels skinny. I have been losing weight for YEARS and I think I may be used to losing weight, and wouldn’t know what to do if I actually hit the goal. Thank you!
